NREL’s Economic Impact Hits $1.9 Billion

Report From University of Colorado Boulder shows benefits felt in every state.

The economic impact of the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) topped $1.9 billion nationwide in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, according to a study by the University of Colorado Boulder’s (CU Boulder’s) Leeds School of Business.
